    By providing high-end design and focusing on value add opportunities through Short Term Rentals and Boutique Hotels, we primarily focus on a minimum of a 2.5x Equity Multiplier for out Investment Opportunities

  • Internal Rate of Return (IRR)

    We focus on opportunities that will provide a minimum of 18% IRR. Through our design and construction expertise, we know we can maximize our profits through creative design solutions that will generate additional income without compromising renovation costs.

  • Higher Cash Flow

    Through the design or redevelopment of Boutique Hotels and Short Term Rentals, we focus on deals where we can 2-4x the expected cashflow when compared to Long Term Rental investments.

  • Value Add Opportunities

    Using our design, construction, and architecture expertise, we focus on value-add opportunities where we can strategically force appreciate the asset and maximize the Return on Investment.
