Hi! We are Diana and Josh - We are Architects, Designers, Construction Managers, Real Estate Investors and Mid-Term Rental Hosts!

Together, we have 15+ years of experience in the architecture and construction industries. We invest in value add opportunities where we can use our design expertise to maximize our return on investment. Additionally, we co-host 30 Mid-Term Rentals across multiple states for other Real Estate Investors!

Our experience around buildings and hospitality gives us a keen sense of design trends and how user groups need to be uniquely catered to. Most importantly, it provides us with the ability to use creative problem-solving to bring out the best in a space!

We understand the industry and leverage our design and construction expertise to know how and where to prioritize design opportunities to create the biggest impact without compromising construction budgets and user experience.

Josh Dobken

DESIGNER / INVESTOR / CONSTRUCTION / FINANCE
Josh is from Red Bank, New Jersey, and holds degrees in Finance, Architecture, and Construction Management
Josh specializes in the design and construction of large billion-dollar developments that range from arenas, ballparks, stadiums at collegiate and professional levels, as well as hotel developments.
His keen eye for details and understanding of construction, paired with his broader vision of how projects should come together, make Josh an excellent contributor in all aspects of a project development, from concept and design, through construction administration.
Diana Ossa

ARCHITECT / INVESTOR / CONSTRUCTION / ART
Diana is from Medellin, Colombia, and holds degrees in Studio Art, Architecture and Construction Management
Diana specializes in the design and development of large multi-family market rate, affordable, and student housing across the country, with many projects receiving National Architecture Awards.
In addition to her design and construction expertise, she has worked hand-in-hand with national developers on dozens of feasibility studies, helping investors and developers understand all the constraints and opportunities of future developments.
